MySurgStory allows you to create and store information relating to your surgery and recovery journey.

• Journal entries and personal notes
• Recovery check-ins and ratings
• Photos, including before and after photos
• Voice recordings and transcriptions
• Medication information
• Checklists
• Costs and expenses
• Travel, flight, accommodation and transfer information
• Other information that you choose to enter into the app

This information is provided by you and is used solely to provide the features and functionality of MySurgStory.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored
